Just left 950 pm rushed to catch them before closing. But they closed before stated hours. Absolutely would not recommend this location!
ENGLISH is a must! I ordered 3 donuts; 1 vanilla iced, 1 chocolate iced and 1 cinnamon. They were all gotten with the same paper and THROWN in a bag together. Therefore, there was cinnamon all over all the donuts. If I wanted cinnamon on all the donuts I would have ordered all cinnamon donuts. I also ordered 2 iced coffees; 1 with cream and sugar and one with JUST sugar. They clearly both had cream and when I pointed out that they did I was told I was wrong and since English isn't something we bothered to learn I couldn't make them realize it was wrong no matter how long I argued.
It doesn't even deserve one star. The doughnuts are always stale. It's always empty and to top it off the management is awful. To have to drive away from the drive thru to not even buy a thing I've never done before. Me and my friend wanted to order munchkins and that's it. When we tried to order the guy sighs in the speaker. To top that off when we asked for him to repeat himself when we ordered he got nasty. Then we hear him say something about glazed. When we asked again he said to my friend we only have glazed BOY. Really loud in the mic. His tone was not polite at all. When we try to speak again he kept saying what do you want over and over again. I don't know who it was but they shouldn't work there anymore. To do that to a customer and lose there service was horrible. This Dunkin Doughnuts shouldn't even be open.
There drinks is awesome, they always have great drinks like teas smoothies n great ice coffee too... I LOVE THE BLACKBERRY n STRAWBERRY TEA that they r advertising now it's soooooo delicious
Never have I been treated so rudely at 7am!! Thanks for ruining my morning. All you had to do was take my order. (This is my first review of any establishment, ever.)
