I have been a customer of Alpina for 4 years now and I must say you will not find customer service as great as these people here! I have gotten two cars from here and my most recent car have been through a lot over the past 2 years. I can say that Robert have always came through with helping my car get back on the road. He works with you as much as he can and he is understanding of personal issues. I have not had any issues with any of the workers or really bad issues with the car. I would definitely recommend people to come and get treated the right way by a dealer at Alpina!!!
Great place to buy a used vehicle. Customer service is impeccable. I have been buying cars since 1989 from Robert. He has always given me a deal i could not refuse. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything! ! Once they get your $$ . They don't care about anything else they keep pushing you away now I'm stuck with a $10,000 car that's have all types of problems. Don't go there! Now I have to come out my pocket again to get the problem fix which I don't have. Beware of that dealer

I had a fantastic first time experience Robert the dealer and his Secretary are some awesome people too deal with if your looking to purchase a used car. they both had such patience with me, this was my first vehicle so i was very picky,hesitant and skeptical but Robert did not pressure me at all. me and my fiancee ended up financing we did not think we would of been able to do that but we did thanks to Robert and his lovely secretary we purchased a very nice mercury mountaineer very clean interior in great condition we had some miner issues with the truck but he fixed the issues on top of that he put in new rug mats when we went back to pick up the truck which he did not have to do i thought that was very nice of him free of charge, also when we first purchased the truck i noticed that the radio was not aux capable and i mentioned it to him and he told me that he would handle that for me and he did free of charge I recommended my sister who is looking to purchase a nice used car to go to him she fell in love with my truck when she saw it. i would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a used vehicle to go to this car dealer before you consider going any where else like i started to buy from a auction or craigslist i'm so glad my fiancee talked me out of that at least going this route we have a warranty i look forward to doing businesses with him in the near future so far so good.
