If I could give this place no stars I would. I am usually the type to find a silver lining anywhere, but here, there just isnt one.This is literally the WORST Drs office EVER. He doesn't care, makes you wait forever for your visit, then he tries to rush you out before you even get to ask him anything. Don't waste your time, all you are is a pay check to him. You can almost never get through on the phone. I have sat out front on my cell phone and called and watched them pick it up and hang it up.Then I called back and they took it off the hook!! I have also been put on hold only to have them never come back. I have had to go to the place twice to make a damn appointment because no one answers the phone. Then I asked him for a referral to a thyroid specialist and he said no. Hes CLUELESS on the subject but won't refer me anywhere else for help. Meanwhile my thyroid levels STAY out of whack and I can't get a damn appointment to save my life. Heaven forbid he reffers me out, he'll lose his paycheck. Meanwhile i am miserable because he has no clue how to properly treat a thyroid disorder.I could go on and on. I have FINALLY won the right with my insurance to leave him without a referral (another referral he wouldn't give me was one to a new PCP) so I am out of here asap!! Just awful.
