I am 26 years old and have loved Taco Bell for as far as I remember. I have never had worse service time and time again then I've had from this Taco Bell. Almost every single time I go either my order is messed up or the food just tastes it like it was a week old. For example they charge a ridiculous amount of money for sour cream but almost always forget to put it on. One time I ordered two Frito burritos with sour cream and no Fritos and I got home to eat them and there was absolutely no rice no sour cream no cheese just meat and Fritos. I'm just done with this location and it pretty much turned me away from Taco Bell overall.
Horrible service as of the last few weeks. I loved taco bell because I have the option of making just about anything into vegetarian. The last few times I've been, my order has been totally screwed up! I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap and specifically asked for it to not include the bacon! I haven't had pork for as long as I can remember due to religious and health reasons and haven't had meat for over a year and guess what!? The crew members put bacon on it! After one bite, I turned back and went inside telling the person who took my order. She had the nerve to say "you can keep that one, they'll make you a new one". No refund was offered. No apology! Totally nonchalant about the situation. I'm totally done with Taco Bell all together.
Waited 30 min for 3 tacos ,couldn't get out of line due to how the drive threw is set up. Order was wrong and while ordering the lady asked "how are you tonight" then asked me to "hold on one second" four times before I could say "three hard shell Supremes please"
I don't eat taco bell too often, but when I do... I get Frito Burritos for the whole fam, they love those.
