Hyde park is one of the Many apartments in the area but what makes it so big & so special is that the homes are very spacious. There are 2 storage closets in the hallways which includes a linen closet and, in the master bedroom there are also 2 storage closets with makes it easy to separate everyday wear versus dress up casual type going out wear. Dish washer in the kitchen and 2 ways to enter the kitchen which is from the hallway or the living room. About for 2 bedroom worth every penny $895

I was so excited about my new apartment It was bigger than my townhouse that I moved out of but that quickly changed once I moved in. I live above where the maintenance men for Fox Ridge have their office and they have given me nothing but hell and grief since I moved in. And I know it's not just me because I can't hear my other neighbors at all. Not a peep from them since I moved in. I reported them to the rental office which only seems to have made them even worse and I highly doubt anything was actually done even though I had video of one of them slamming a door on my foot. The manager sat in my face and tried to make excuses saying she didn't hear a radio in my video and that the laundry room opens at 9am when she knows as well as I do that it opens at 8am. They come in at anywhere between 6 am and 8 am in the morning extremely loud and obnoxious cursing and acting like they are on a street corner with the music playing loudly they are so loud in the morning it is as though they are sitting in my bedroom, and just have no respect for the people who actually live in the building. Every morning I am awakened by this madness along with my children. Even though their shop stretches the length of my apartment they have made it habit to only gaggle under my bedroom and yell across the shop all morning long. Yesterday it snowed and they were in even earlier doing the same thing so I got up and began to exercise and they cut the power to my apartment. Today same thing I was exercising at 730 since they woke me up at 7am and they decided to beat on the ceiling (my floor) for 5 minutes. This is absurd they can come in and do as they please but I am being made to feel as though I cannot even live in the apartment that I pay monthly rent for. And to make matters worse our washers and dryers are in the hall across from their shop and I have gotten so many dirty looks when I go down to wash that I don't feel safe and no longer go down there. Although the apartments are large and really nice and a good price, I regret moving here due to these workers
I love these apartments! They're really nice & the ladies in the office are also very nice and helpful.
The rooms are nice spacious. The only down fall is they are a lot of mice. I call every week to have the place treated but you still see them. Jan the office manager is rude and so unprofessional. Why not treat the whole build not just one or two units.
