Worst experience.. I would take my dogs clothes there... Unprofessional rude, and the straw that broke the camels back.. I needed a shirt for my fiancé to go out of town.. Their hours pisted and on my receipt stated they opened at 8AM on Sat... No one was there...

Excellent job getting my coat straight. It had the smell of goof off chemical strong scent in my coat after getting sticky glue mouse trap off my coat. I needed help bad just got the coat.

I was actually impressed with their service. Maybe there's been a change in mgmt or something. I had 2 suits, 3 or 5 pairs of wool pants, and 1 jacket I needed dry-cleaned and pressed in one day. They did it. They did it well, and at a reasonable price. It was about $44. I dropped it all off around 10AM Sat, and picked it up around 4:30PM same day. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they stapled the little tag things TO my belt loops on 2 of the pairs of pants. Otherwise, good service, good price, good English, and polite.

we will never take anything there again. my wife and I took our grandsons jacket there to have a new zipper installed, we asked the owner if the work would be done on premise and he assured us that it was. when we went to pick it up on the day it was supposed to be done we found out that it wasn't and that the jacket wasn't there, he just said a woman had it. It took me three trips back to the shop to get the jacket, the owner lied to us about having the work done there and when it would be done. not a good business man. I guess if it was done when it was supposed to be we would never know that he lied. if you go there beware of what the owner tells you. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was at a former friend (he didn't want to cover the cost to repair my coat) house and he had big rat traps in his house. I sat in the kitchen and didn't notice the trap on my coat til I got a Uber. The glue trap got all over my coat after pulling it off. I was so mad. Admiral cleaners got my coat back in good condition. Thank you Admiral.

I will never ever take anything to these people ever again. I took a black gown to them for alterations. I dropped off 2 yards of fabric (one black and one white.) The woman took measurements and when I picked it up it didn't fit. She was supposed to make the top and waist 50" and it measured 23 1/2 across which meant it was 47"total. Then she lost my white fabric that she was supposed to make a wrap out of. Tomorrow is my daughter's formal and we still have no dress. I just called the shop and he said the dress is not here. I also believe I was over priced---she charged me $65. and did hardly nothing.
