Good food, good people working here
I've ordered Take-Out from here around 10 times since Little China dropped the ball with the front desk ladies attitude and sub-par food.
The people at China House are nice and courteous. Some think they always sound and are in a hurry but that is their culture. Even the food is ready quick. 10 minute pickup times and they make sure you don't forget your tea!
Overall, I'd give them six stars if I could.
The food is good, but the service is terrible. The lady at the front desk always seem like she's in the rush to get your orders. She has an attitude like she really didn't want to be there. I called to order and asked for delivery, she yelled out carry out only and hang up the phone. I hope this doesn't happen to other people. I had to post one star for the hard working cooks, who makes good food but management should focus more on providing good customer service. At least have a better front desk person. hayst
Food is good and fresh and service is good. Check out the general tso's chicken. Really good!
